Lasagna/ Chicken Lasagna

Demos’ Lasagna can be cooked from frozen, but for best results, thaw lasagna and Alfredo in refrigerator for 2 days.

Preheat oven at 425
Bake with lid on for 20 minutes
Bake with lid off for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted
Heat Alfredo or Marinara in microwave for 3 minutes or pour in sauce pot and heat on stove under medium heat stirring to keep it from sticking from the bottom

From frozen:
Thaw Alfredo in microwave for 5 minutes until sauce gets hot, or place container in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425
Bend lid of lasagna to form a tent so it is not touching the top of the lasagna.
Doing so will cause the top to burn before the center is thawed.
Bake for 60 minutes
Remove lid and finish baking for 15 more minutes

The Soup/Pasta Sauces

Microwave Heating:
Set the frozen container in a sink of hot water until the soup begins to defrost.
Turn the container upside down and let the frozen soup slide out into a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave the soup on low power until you can stir the soup. Stir the soup thoroughly so it is of a uniform consistency
Increase the power to high and cook the soup until it is hot.

Stove Top Heating:
Set the frozen container in a sink of hot water until the soup begins to defrost.
Turn the container upside down and let the frozen soup slide out into a soup pot.
Add ¼ cup water to the soup pot so that the pot will not scorch as the liquid thaws, and then bring the soup to a boil, stirring frequently.

PDK’s Banana Pudding

2015 Winner of Best in the Nation Banana Pudding!

Place immediately in refrigerator or freezer.
Use within 48 hours of delivery. Suggestion....add fresh bananas to the top or pour in a bowl and mix with sliced bananas.

Why don’t we add bananas to your pudding?

Bananas contain an enzyme called polyphenol oxidase which reacts to oxygen causing them to turn brown. Although it has little impact on the taste, it does impact texture and just looks gross. Therefore, to make the most out of this, we provide the banana for you to add to the pudding or just eat it on your own.

Best enjoyed within 48 hours of delivery or you can freeze for a later date. The frozen pudding makes an awesome treat as well.
